• Montgomery College Lifelong Learning Institute

    For 8 Tuesdays, From March 2 to April 20, 2021, I’ll be offering a weekly meditation course for the Montgomery College Lifelong Learning Institute. The course, “Meditation Practices—Heart, Brain, Body Connections— Continued”, will be held online via Zoom.

    We’ll cover fundamentals of meditation with a special emphasis on somatic meditation. The course will also include brief readings from published experts to stimulate discussion. Most importantly this class will be experiential as we explore practices appropriate for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.

  • National Museum of Asian Art

    Since 2015, I have offered weekly meditations at the Smithsonian’s National Museum of Asian Art  in the Meyer Auditorium and other galleries throughout the museum.

    Since March 2020, these meditations have moved online. Join me foccasional Fridays for the Friday Art meditations. Free. Registration required.
