From May 13 to June 3, I’ll be offering a weekly meditation course for the Montgomery College Lifelong Learning Institute. The course, “Meditation for Mindfulness and Stress Reduction”, will be held online via Zoom.
We’ll cover fundamentals of meditation with a special emphasis on somatic meditation. Brief readings will be provided to stimulate conversation. Most importantly this class will be experiential as we explore practices appropriate for beginners and experience practitioners alike.
