For 8 Tuesdays, From March 2 to April 20, 2021, I’ll be offering a weekly meditation course for the Montgomery College Lifelong Learning Institute. The course, “Meditation Practices—Heart, Brain, Body Connections— Continued”, will be held online via Zoom.
We’ll cover fundamentals of meditation with a special emphasis on somatic meditation. The course will also include brief readings from published experts to stimulate discussion. Most importantly this class will be experiential as we explore practices appropriate for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.
